How do i book the session?

Simply click on the Contact page, fill out the form, and send it to us! Or message us through Facebook or Instagram. You can also email us at mintysnaps.photo@gmail.com. We’ll be in touch within a day.

We require a 30% deposit to hold a time and date for you, which must be paid within 24 hours of your booking. The deposit is non-refundable, but transferable to another time/date. We work with clients in case of sickness or weather issues.

Where will my session be?

Once the booking process is finished, we’ll discuss location options. Every session is customized to you! This is a collaborative process to figure out the best location options for telling your stories.

What do i wear to my session? I need help!

One of things we love doing is helping our clients with their outfits. We have a separate client portal offering suggestions for the best outfit choices, factoring in the story theme, location, etc. We also provide a personal stylizing service where we do all the shopping for you, and deliver to your door. So all you need to do is just show up to the session looking fabulous! No need to stress about the outfits, we got you. Can i change outfits during the session?

Absolutely! As long as we can keep it within the session time frame, we encourage outfit changes. Or you can bring multiple outfits and we can help you narrow down what works best for your session.

How long will it take to get my photos and how do i get it?

It typically takes 2 weeks after family sessions and 3 weeks after weddings to receive your gallery. For family sessions, you will receive proof galleries where you pick your final images. Each package comes with limited number of digital images, but you can order more images for an additional fee. Every gallery is delivered digitally through our client gallery portal. You will get an email invitation once they are ready. You can also order any photo prints directly through our online gallery. We ensure the highest quality, long-lasting prints.

Am i able to print my images myself? Do i get print rights to my images?

Yes, you do! Every image comes with an official printing rights document, so you can print your images wherever you choose.
